Our range of Sesderma medical peels have been developed by dermatological and pharmaceutical professionals and are tailored to your skin type. Medical peels are designed to target a range of concerns, including skin regeneration, photo-aging, acne, hyper-pigmentations melasma, chloasma, keratoses and fine lines.
LED Therapy uses specific colour wavelengths to penetrate the skin to produce more collagen, improve elasticity and remove toxins. Choose between blue and red light to treat acne; red on its own to enhance the production of collagen and elastin; green to target pigmentation; or combine all three.
WHAT IS MEDICAL PEELS?
Your skin is the largest organ in your body, so it needs to be looked after! At Bare Beauty we recommend skin peels for a range of different skin issues, including regeneration, photo-aging, acne, hyperpigmentation melasma, chloasma, keratoses, fine lines, hands, forearms and stretch marks. At Bare Beauty we tailor your treatments to your skin type and concern.
WHAT IS MICRO NEEDLING?
Bare Beauty uses a nanopore microneedling device, the next generation on from the dermaroller and dermapen. The rapidity of the micro-punctures and the fact that the needles do not vibrate means that no anaesthetic cream is required and unlike the dermaroller and dermapen, the nanopore device does not tear and rip skin. Research has shown that more trauma does not mean better results. Nanopore enables us to create 900 micro-punctures per seconds, making the treatment very quick, only taking about eight-minutes to do a full face. Nanopore can be used to treat wrinkles, photo ageing, large pores, pigmentation, sagging skin, stretch marks, scarring, acne and hair loss.
WHAT IS DERMAPLANING?
Dermaplaning is a favourite in the entertainment industry, especially among models and actresses because it eliminates the annoying peach fuzz that cakes up in makeup. Dermaplaning is essentially another form of exfoliation. With each stroke, you are sloughing off the dead skin cells that sit on the surface and the constant exfoliation may aid in keeping wrinkles at bay.
WHAT IS LED THERAPY
LED therapy uses specific colour wavelengths to penetrate the skin to produce more collagen, improve elasticity and remove toxins. The blue and red light is used to treat acne. While the blue light has anti-bacterial properties and helps to control the oil balance in the skin, red light promotes wound healing. On its own, the red light stimulates the anti-ageing process by enhancing the production of collagen and elastin, smoothing the skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The green light works on pigmentation and evening out skin tone. Green light therapy targets melanocytes, the cells which cause pigmentation. All of these lights can be used together to target all areas of concern.
You can call us for an appointment, or book on our website. Due to the time invested in each appointment, we require a 50% deposit on all bookings made for treatments over £100.
We use a lot of technology in our treatments, which probably means you have a lot of questions. We are more than happy to answer any queries you have directly. We also have a downloadable treatment guide on the Knowledge section of our website so you can enjoy a cup of tea and read about what to expect as well as pre and post treatment details.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please be aware we may not be able to carry out your full treatment as this may interrupt other bookings. In some circumstances we may need to reschedule your appointment.
